7. Retention period

We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected as set out in the diagram above (Section 3). More specifically, the personal data mentioned above is kept for a period of five years from the day the data is stored in our systems. Every year, it is verified which data subjects are no longer active, and these are deleted, irrespective of the above-mentioned five-year retention period.
