Announcement for truck drivers

From 17 May, also the import process of containers behind the locks will happen via Certified Pick up and you can no longer pick up containers with a PIN code. On this page you can read how this works for you as a truck driver.

17 May (06:00 a.m.) = Certified Pick up (CPu)

From 17 May PIN codes are no longer valid for some shipping companies. To collect a container, you will need the following items:

  • an appointment at the terminal
  • your Alfapass
  • a CPu registration
  • your fingerprint

More info on which shipping companies are making the switch on 15 January can be found in the press release.

From January 15, picking up a container will happen entirely via Certified Pick up.

No permission to pick up your container?

  1. Leave the terminal.
  2. Go to a truck parking.
  3. Contact your transport operator.
  4. Ask to give you the pick up right via Certified Pick up.
  5. Check if you need to make a new appointment at the terminal to collect your container.
