Currently, only 50% of transport operators have a Cinvio account. That is the payment system you link to your C-Point acount to use Certified Pick up. Companies that do not have a Cinvio account will not be able to pick up their container from 15 january 2024.

How do I link my C-point account to my Cinvio account?
- Do you already have a C-point and Cinvio account? Use the following link to connect both accounts: http://cpu.nxtport.com/blocked.
- Don't have any of the above accounts yet? Complete the steps listed on the page for transport operators.
